Mode of Payment

However tough it may be, our mission is to develop every child to become a leader in his or her respective field. Our mission is to :

  • Admission fee – Cash /Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of “Symphony Foundation A/c DPS” Payable at Asansol
  • Annual Charges & Tuition fee – Cheque /Online / DD / Pay Order in favour of “DPS Asansol A/c Tuition Fee” Payable at Asansol or could be deposited through online mode
  • Note: - • All payments will be collected only by the Accounts Department. The last date for fee collection will be the 10th of every quarter beginning on April / July / October / January.
  • If parents fail to pay the fees before the last date, then fine for depositing late Rs. 500/- respectively for every week thereafter.
  • In case the bounced the, a cheque return charge of Rs. 200/- and late fee will be charged from the parents till the date of payment.

Filled in form should be submitted in the office along with:-

  • Latest colored passport size photograph of the student (3 Nos.)
  • Photograph of the parent with the child in [5.5cm x 4.5cm] (2 Nos.)
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (Attested)
  • Original Medical certificate of student
  • Photocopy of Blood Group Report
  • Photocopy of the result of the previous class (Attested)
  • Original Transfer Certificate (Note:- If student is from Bengal school then he/she has to submit TC of Bangla Portal.)
  • In case the registration form is duly filled by guardians other than parents, it should be clearly indicated
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card
  • Address Proof: Telephone Bill / Driving license / Electricity Bill
  • Caste / Minority Certificate, in case of SC/ST/OBC/Minority
